Grocery CORP Transition to CDH

The CDH system went live for the Grocery (CORP) division on June 24, 2024, marking the successful completion of phase one in a four-phase project. The solution ensures regular syncing with the legacy mainframe system, reducing dependency on CETUS, freeing up technical resources and improving navigation for users.

Problem

Statement

The Customer Data Hub (CDH) for the Grocery (CORP) division was successfully launched in production on Monday, 24th June 2024, replacing the outdated legacy CETUS CORP page. The overall project was divided into four phases to ensure a smooth and structured transition. The first phase, focused on CORP, has now been completed and moved to production.

Solution

Proposed

  • All CORP-related operations such as create, update and other data tasks are now executed in CDH.
  • These updates are automatically synced with the Cetus Mainframe system at scheduled intervals.
  • This synchronization ensures data consistency across both platforms during the transition.
